This policy applies when a Beetl subscription is purchased through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for those purchases. Separately negotiated orders follow their agreed terms, subject to mandatory rights.
For a refund requested at Paddle's discretion, submit your request within 14 calendar days of an initial payment or renewal charge. Paddle reviews these requests case by case. This is not an automatic refund guarantee. This discretionary route is separate from mandatory rights described below.
Applicable law may give you a right to withdraw from a purchase or receive a refund. Those rights are not discretionary and are not limited by the request window above. Eligibility, deadlines and any lawful exceptions depend on your location and purchase; see Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Request any applicable withdrawal or refund within its legal deadline.
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose Request refund. Include your transaction reference, purchase email and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords. For Beetl account or service issues, contact hello@beetl.net.
For persistent technical problems or a service materially different from what was described, contact hello@beetl.net first so we can investigate. If unresolved, contact Paddle with the issue and any Beetl response. You do not have to wait for Beetl to reply before exercising a time-limited legal right. Applicable remedies remain available.
Cancel through the Paddle customer portal using the Manage subscription link in your receipt, or request cancellation at paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents further renewals. A refund request and a cancellation are separate actions; confirm the subscription's cancellation status if you also want to stop future billing.
Cancellation alone does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time. Any applicable refund follows Paddle's policy, mandatory rights and any more favorable agreed terms. Contact Paddle about duplicate charges, billing errors or a purchase that was not supplied as agreed.
Paddle handles approved refunds, using the original payment method where possible and following its published processing times. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory withdrawal rights or remedies for a service that is not supplied as required. Eligibility can depend on your location, purchase and circumstances; Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy explain the applicable rules.
